The "Mind, Mood, and Motion" program will teach participants about these changes and the steps they can take in their daily lives, including exercise, to reduce the effects these symptoms might have.
People with Parkinson's, their family, care partners, and anyone serving the Parkinson's community are invited to participate. There's no charge to attend, complimentary lunch is provided, and parking is free.
Speakers include Dr. Diviya Kaul, Movement Disorder Specialist, Kaiser Permanente and Lisa Oei, Doctor of Physical Therapy, PD Connect. Presenters include Rock Steady Boxing, San Francisco Ballet and Dance Moves Me. Join us for a day of learning, trying new things, and meeting your community!
